Our Rooms
All of our rooms are clean, spacious and elegantly furnished and have en-suite bathrooms with bath and/or shower. Each room is equipped with a radio alarm clock, remote control colour LCD TV with digital Freeview and a DVD player, hairdryers, and tea and coffee making facilities. Wireless internet access is available. Our ground floor room is perfect for guests who find stairs difficult.
All our rooms are on either the ground or first floor; we have no attic rooms.
A cot is available for infants if required.
Ground Floor:
- Dark Coppice
Despite the suggestion of its name, this is a bright and airy room. It looks out on the garden and lawn to the front of the house. Can be either a super king-size double or a twin, and has an en-suite shower.
Upstairs:
- Milkup
A very comfortable room located in the old part of the house. Has a beautiful king-size mahogany four-poster bed and two limed oak reading chairs positioned to look out over the stable courtyard towards Bredon Hill. A generous bathroom with en-suite bath and a separate shower cubicle. - Kingcombe
A large room (over 20 sq. metres [220 sq. ft] excl. bathroom) positioned perfectly at the front of the house with a view across the gardens and towards the Cotswold escarpment and Broadway Tower. It is in the Victorian part of the house and has a king-size double bed plus a single, and room for additional beds for a family. En-suite bath with shower over. - The Dingle
A super king-size double or twin bed room. From the beautiful desk positioned at the window the view also looks out over the gardens and towards the Cotswold escarpment. En-suite shower. - The Lynches
A generous sized and bright room with a king-size double bed, plus a day bed which can be used as a large sofa or to convert to a full-sized single bed. En-suite shower. - The Long Lawn
A large and very attractively furnished room with a king size sleigh bed with leather headboard. It is in the 17th century part of the house but has a modern and elegant en-suite with bath and built-in power shower over. - Bredon Hill
Having a regular double sized bed we often use this room for single occupancy, though it also makes a very comfortable double room. Has a large en-suite with shower.

Breakfast / Dinner
Start the day with a selection from our delicious and varied menu, including an extensive traditional farmhouse cooked breakfast with hand-made local sausages and eggs from our own flock of free-range hens. Our menu also comprises lighter options such as muffins topped with smoked salmon and free-range eggs, or topped bagels as a vegetarian option.
Most evenings we offer a traditional farmhouse two or three-course evening meal with our own meat or that based on local butchers' recommendations, and locally sourced fresh vegetables. Please book in advance if required. We also offer the option of light evening meals, which can generally be reserved with just an hour or so advance notice.
